Ehab PNG.png

Like any immigrant foraying into a new country’s waters, cultures, and norms, Ehab knows too well what it’s like to live through change and to lead without formal authority. He switched careers, cities and countries, led large transformational initiatives as an outsider, started businesses, as well as experiencing failures and successes that taught him the importance of a systematic approach to leadership and the change process, and of welcoming the power of the right mindset.

Ehab leveraged his multidisciplinary background to found The Change Incubator , with the mission of empowering partners to expand their capacity for complexity and change, challenging them to think systematically, adapt effectively, and act purposefully to meet their goals and transform society

He has earned a reputation during his 20-year career as a versatile and innovative change-maker who is driven to execute initiatives that drive transformational change for large organizations and start-ups. His ability to transform change goals into action stems from his personal history as an immigrant and the many years of reflecting on his failures and learning to recognize the complex systems at play, and adapting to observe the individual and group barriers to change.

Ehab has a particular focus on the implications of AI for various industries and sectors and seeks to challenge his partners to think about secondary consequences, to act purposefully, and to capitalize on the emerging opportunities for the future of society. Ehab is an affiliate of The Future Society, a global not-for-profit, that is committed to advancing the global governance of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. Ehab is also dedicated to enabling different voices at the decision-making table beyond the limitations of diversity and inclusion.

Ehab is a Master in Public Administration (MPA), earned at Harvard’s John F Kennedy School of Government, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA), earned at the University of Montreal. He was trained as an engineer with graduate degrees in engineering and management information systems.

After graduating from Harvard Kennedy School, Ehab joined the teaching team of the Adaptive Leadership course at Harvard University where he coached both students and experienced practitioners.
