Latica Tomašić Kickert is a senior leadership consultant with a particular focus on strategy development, and women's leadership.  Latica has supported professionals across the globe take their work and lives to the next level of success. 

Latica presides over a non-profit organization based at the UN. She has had the privilege of working alongside world leaders and top global professionals in various fields. She has organized, led and moderated numerous successful events in the United Nations and with its Member States.

Driven by deep curiosity, she has engaged in life-long travel and learning. Latica holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, where she studied and assisted in teaching Adaptive Leadership as well as graduate degrees in European Affairs and Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology from France and Croatia.  .
